General FAQs about the hotel

All meeting rooms have natural light and a window that opens to the outside. Our seminar rooms can be combined to create room sizes that perfectly suit your needs, thanks to mobile partitions. We will allocate the meeting room according to the number of participants booked. Please note that for organizational reasons, we reserve the right to change the room.

If the event space is available the day before, setup is possible by prior arrangement. We charge a corresponding room rental fee for this. The rental fee depends on the specific event space required for setup. If you wish to arrange this, please inform us in writing. Without a reservation, setup is also possible free of charge up to one week in advance, subject to availability and prior arrangement.

We kindly ask you to dismantle and remove your own equipment after your event. If the venue is not booked for another event the following day, your belongings can be collected by prior arrangement. We accept no liability for personal belongings. Should our staff assist with setup, dismantling, or storage by prior arrangement, we expressly point out that we assume no liability whatsoever. Our terms and conditions apply, which can be found on our website.

Please check with the FAVORITE Parkhotel in advance to ensure delivery is possible. If suitable rooms are available for delivery, we will gladly accommodate your request. When delivering materials, please clearly mark the package with your company name and the event date to ensure proper allocation.

We would like to share some information about our air conditioning system, which is installed in all conference rooms: The majority of the hotel is ventilated by air handling units. In the conference area, fresh, filtered, clean outside air is supplied via an efficient air handling unit. The air in the rooms is exchanged up to 10 times per hour and replaced with 100% fresh outside air.

Using the latest technology, we offer the best air quality for your conference. All event rooms can be equipped with air purifiers upon request, which filter 99,8% of viruses, bacteria, dust, and odors from the air. – State-certified – The units purify the air with a pre-filter followed by a HEPA, plasma, activated carbon, and TIO filter, as well as a UVC lamp, all without the use of chemicals.

All services included in the conference package are detailed in our contract. A comprehensive list can also be found in the enclosed function sheet. Changes are possible at any time, even after the contract has been signed. Additional extras not included in the conference package, or requested on-site, will be billed separately.

The event room is equipped with a sound system including one microphone. If you wish to use this, we charge €150,00 per day. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel via the network 'Favorite'. The password is 'Favorite'. For additional technical requirements not included in the conference package, we would be happy to request a quote from our external technical service provider.

We have approximately 60 public parking spaces in front of the hotel. These are free of charge and subject to availability. Our underground car park also has 60 parking spaces and charges €2,00 per hour or €16,00 per day.
