The "FAVORITE parkhotel" bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel. Lines 60 and 63 depart from here every ten minutes towards the city center. Within ten minutes, you will reach the "Höfchen / Listmann" stop, from which you have all the options for exploring Mainz's city center. The old town, with its many small wine taverns, invites you to linger, and the cathedral is a must-see. The weekly market, which takes place every Saturday morning in the large market square by the cathedral, is also worth a visit.
You can also reach the main train station within 15 minutes using lines 60 and 63. From there, you have many options for traveling to Mainz's neighboring cities. For example, you can easily travel to Frankfurt using the S-Bahn lines S8 and S9 to enjoy a long day of shopping on the Zeil.
